This website www.papyrumpy.com is owned by PAPYRUM and its purpose is to provide information about the company's products and offer the option to purchase.

 

Any person who wants to make a purchase, must register as a Client through the Sign Up form. The condition of Client implies acceptance of the Conditions of Use of the page and to exercise a responsible and civic use of it.

2.- USE OF THE PAGE

Every user who accesses the page agrees to:

- Make use of the page only to make inquiries or issue legally valid orders.

- Not make false or fraudulent orders. If so, the order will be canceled, the customer will be blocked and the corresponding authorities will be informed.

- Provide your real contact information, billing, address ... that are required in the Client Section. And you consent to us using such data to contact us in case of need for any clarification of data or orders.

- The client must keep all their data updated in the Client Area.

- By placing an order through our page, you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions.

- The client declares that he is over 18 years old and that in case of navigation of a minor it is always with his consent.

3.- PRODUCTS

3.1.-Prices.

The prices of the products that appear published on the page are already VAT included. They are final prices per product. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of confirming the purchase.

3.2.- Stocks and Availability.

In the event that the product purchased by the client is not promptly available, we will contact you to notify you and you can exchange it for any other product with similar characteristics and the same price. In case the customer has already paid for the order and does not want to make the change for another, the amount paid for the product that is not in stock will be refunded.

4.- PAYMENT METHODS.

Accepted forms of payment are all those that appear when making the purchase.

In the case of orders for the interior, the payment option is not enabled at the time of delivery. Payment must always be made at the time of purchase.

5.- INFORMATION ON ORDERS.

The client will be able to see the detailed information of their orders in the Order History of the Client Area.

6.- CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

The client may cancel the order as long as it has not already been sent. You must make the cancellation through telephone contact at 0981645939 or email to the account hola@papyrumpy.com. If the order has already been paid by the client by card payment, the client will deduct the financial expenses of the card processor that applies to his purchase.

7.- DELIVERY

We ship to the entire Paraguayan territory.

Delivery times will be:

Asunción and Gran Asunción 24hrs.

Rest of the country: 48hrs - 72hrs (depending on the area and the delivery)

8.- RETURNS.

If once the product is received the customer wants to change it, they have 14 days to do so. After that date no refund will be accepted.

​

To make a return, the customer must send an email to hola@papyrumpy.com communicating the invoice number, date, product to be returned and reason. The customer will be answered with the instructions to follow to make the return.

​

The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

​

The products to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. If they have been tampered with or unsealed and / or are in poor condition, no refund of the amount paid will be made.

​

Once the products have been received in our facilities and after verifying that they are in perfect condition and original presentation, the customer will be reimbursed, discounting the original shipping costs.

9.- PROMOTIONS.

We reserve the right to carry out promotional promotions on a temporary basis to register new clients on the page as well as any other promotion for sales campaign, product or service launches.

 

We also reserve the right to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, extend them by duly communicating it, or proceed to the exclusion of any participant in the event of detecting any indication of fraud, abuse or unethical behavior in their participation.
